When I find a team, I may not be unable to start full time immediately, due to the obligations I have to my current clients.
At any given time I have 3-6 clients in various stages of a project. Some projects are one-time, 1-3 month projects; others are ongoing retainer clients.
Before hiring me full time, we will probably start with a contract-to-hire arrangement that allows me to phase out my current client load. 90 days of part-time work will be sufficient, but depending on the specific projects in process, it could move faster.

The advantages to hiring an independent contractor instead of a full time employee:
- All invoices go through my company
- You pay me as a 1099 contractor, saving you 20 to 30% off the cost of an employee
- You pay no payroll taxes or health insurance
- No long term commitment – you pay me month to month
